On Hand #66, Michael Binger raised to 2,900 under the gun and received a call from Scott Baumstein in the cutoff. The blinds folded and the flop came down , which inspired Binger to bet out 3,400. Baumstein folded and Binger chipped up to 75,000.
Andrew Chen opened to 3,800 from middle position, and Shaun Deeb three-bet to 10,500 (as he is prone to do). When the table passed back around to Chen, he cut out a reraise to 22,000 and slid it forward. Deeb leaned forward to eyeball Chen's stack before grimacing and flicking his cards back to the dealer.
Shaun Deeb raised to 4,000 from early position only to have Michael Binger reraise right behind to 11,000. Action folded back to Deeb and four-bet to 21,000. Binger responded by moving all in for 51,500 more and Deeb snap-called:
Deeb:
Binger:
Deeb was in a dominating position and looking to dodge an ace to eliminate his opponent. He did just that on the flop and was one step closer to extending his chip lead. However, when the spiked on the turn, Binger took the lead and left Deeb drawing to the last king in the deck. The river was the and Binger doubled to 147,800; meanwhile, Deeb took a hit down to 114,000.
Shaun Deeb raised to 4,000 from early position only to have Marko Neumann move all in for 29,100 from the button. Action folded back to Deeb and he made the call.
Deeb:
Neumann:
The flop gave Deeb an open-ended straight draw and he anxiously rubbed his hands together. The turn was no help to Deeb, and neither was the river. Neumann's ace-high was good and he doubled to 56,000. Deeb dropped to 87,400.
With 20,000 in the pot and a board reading , Shaun Deeb bet 11,500 from the big blind. His sole opponent, Scott Baumstein, made the call and mucked when Deeb showed for two pair. Deeb took down the 43,000 pot while Baumstein lost around 20,000.
Andrew Chen raised before the flop, and Michael Binger defended his big blind.
Heads up, the flop came , and both men checked to the turn. Binger checked again, and Chen took his cue to bet 5,000. Binger snuck in a check-raise to 14,500, and Chen gave him a quick staredown before splashing the calling chips into the pot.
That brought them to the river, and both players reluctantly checked. Chen showed announced his , then mentioned that he'd "kinda like to see" what his opponent had. That earned him Binger's being flipped over, and Chen's jacks up earned him the final pot of the level.
