Selbst Busts Moorman in Flip

From the under-the-gun-plus-one position, Team PokerStars Pro Vanessa Selbst opened to 750. Fellow Team Pro Pierre Neuville called from the next seat and Chris Moorman called from the cutoff seat. On the button was Joseph Elpayaa and he three-bet to 3,150. Action folded back to Selbst and she four-bet to 7,400.

After Neuville folded, Moorman went into the tank. After a minute or so, he confirmed the raise amount and then thought for a little bit longer. Then, he five-bet to 13,000. Elpayaa began to tank long and hard before folding his hand. Selbst was back up and she moved all in rather quickly. Moorman took about 20 seconds and then called all in for around 44,000 total.

Right away, Selbst didn't look happy, but she was in better shape that she might have thought. Moorman tabled the {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Selbst the {K-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} for a flip. "That's what I thought you had," she mentioned.

The flop came down {K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and Selbst took the lead by hitting top pair. The turn was the {3-Hearts} and river {J-Hearts} to keep her in front and send Moorman to the rail.

"See you in a little bit," Moorman said to some tablemates hinting that he might be re-entering this event. On the other hand, Selbst is up to 100,000.
