Coker's Quad Tens Get Paid

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Azeez Coker
Azeez Coker

Action was picked up on a flop that read {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Azeez Coker made a small bet and was called by his opponent. The turn was the {8-Diamonds}. Coker was on the button and made another bet after it was checked to him, this time one of 11,500. His opponent called again.

The river filled up the board as the {8-Hearts} peeled off. It was checked to Coker again who waited about 15 seconds before cutting out a chunky bet of 50,000 and some change which was snap called by his opponent. Coker immediately flipped over the case 10 and he revealed the {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for quads as his opponent made a disgusting gasp and sent the large amount of chips over to Coker.

Ramakrishna Takes Some Back From Big Stack

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Prashan Ramakrishna went to the flop with one of the biggest stacks in the room, Che Ross and made jokes about being scared of any flush, indicating that Ross had been getting a lot of flushes lately. The flop came {8-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Clubs}.

"No Flush draw! Rainbow!" said Ramakrishna and made a bet of 7,000 which Ross called. The turn was the {6-Clubs} both players checked. The river came the {5-Spades} and both players checked again, Ramakrishna announced two pair and showed {a-}{10-} which was the best hand as Ross mucked.

Ryan Partially Wins Three-Way All in

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Susan Ryan was facing two all ins from shorter stacks in front of her on a flop that read {2-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}. She thought for a few moments before making the call. The shortest stack revealed {7-Hearts}{6-Spades}, the medium stack had the {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Ryan was ahead with the {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}. The turn was the {6-Hearts} and the river came the {7-Hearts} to give the shortest stack two-pair and to win the initial pot, but Ryan had the otehr player covered and won the larger pot vs him.
