Dawson Dusts Off First Bullet

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Adam Friedman opened to 450 in middle position and got one caller before Charlie Dawson pushed all in for 1,350. The player in the cutoff called, as did Friedman and the next player. The four players saw a {5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, and action checked to the cutoff, who bet 4,000. That chased Friedman and the other player away.

Dawson: {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Cutoff: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

Dawson asked for a heart and got one as the {5-Hearts} fell, but an {8-Clubs} river meant he would need to reenter if he wanted to continue playing, and he did just that moments later.

Yen Busts, Reenters

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Charlie Dawson's heads-up opponent from 2014 is also on his second bullet.

A player opened to 475 under the gun, and Alex Yen made it 3,000 from the cutoff. The player under the gun looked quizzical but called, and the flop came {j-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}. Yen moved in for about 7,400 after his opponent checked, and the player quickly called.

Yen: {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Opponent: {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

Yen held two of his opponent's outs, but it didn't matter as the {4-Diamonds} turn left him stone dead. He reentered immediately.

"I'm Pretty Sure Anyone Else in This Room Would've Gone Broke"

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

We found Adam Friedman playing a bloated pot from the button on a {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs} board after he and his middle-position opponent checked the flop. The first player bet 3,500 into about 7,500 on the turn, and Friedman called. Both checked the {9-Clubs}, and the first player showed {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}. Friedman couldn't beat it.

"I'm pretty sure anyone else in this room would've gone broke," he declared as he mucked.

Leroi Takes One Immediately

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Charlie Leroi had just recently sat down when a player in the cutoff made it 800 to go and got called from the next two players. Leroi made it 3,800 in the big blind, and only the player on the button called. The flop came {4-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts}, and Leroi bet 4,300. His opponent called fairly quickly. The turn was a {6-Diamonds}. Leroi moved all in for 11,900. The player on the button tanked about two minutes and folded.

"No bluff," Leroi said.

"I know it's not a bluff," his opponent replied, suggesting that wasn't what he was worried about.

"I'll show one time," Leroi said, turning over {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

Players are on break for 10 minutes.
