Massey Gets There

Jacob Bazely raised his button to 85,000 and Aaron Massey moved all in for 1,235,000. Robert Castoire folded his big blind and Bazely told Massey that he had raised having only looked at one card. He took a peek at the other and immediately made the call.

Bazely: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Massey: {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

The flop was {4-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{2-Clubs} giving Massey additional flush outs. The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and now he could split the pot if the board paired again. The {q-Clubs} river shipped him the whole thing though when he completed his flush.

Bazely and Massey have seemed to develop a mutual respect for each others game, even going over strategy of previous hands while others are being dealt. About this hand Massey asked, "I think I have to ship with 30 big [blinds] there. What am I supposed to do, three-bet-call?"

Bazely's Turn To Double

The flop was {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and Castoire continued for 125,000. Bazely raised an inaudible amount and Castoire quickly announced all in. Bazely called and the hands were revealed.

Castoire: {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}
Bazely: {k-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and the river was the {2-Spades}. Bazely doubled up and each of the three remaining players now have between 1.9 and 2.3 million

Castoire Chips Up

Robert Castoire opened his small blind with a raise to 95,000 which was called by Jacob Bazely in the big blind.

The flop was {10-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Castoire continued for 125,000. Bazely called. The turn was the {3-Spades} and Castoire bet 150,000 this time. Bazely thought for a bit and made the call one more time.

The river was the {q-Hearts} and Castoire checked, as did Bazely. Castoire tabled {a-Spades}{j-Spades} for the nuts and after a couple of moments Bazely said, "Yeah, that's good," and mucked his hand.
