The remaining players have gotten something to eat, and they are back at the tables. Cards are now in the air.
Both Tom Marchese and Nicholas Rampone were still in shortly before the dinner break, but we weren't able to spot either player in our last run through of the floor. Both players have been eliminated.
On a flop of , two players got entangled in a large pot. When the dust settled, the two flipped over and with the player behind at risk.
However the turn and river brought a miracle strait for the pair of sevens and left the player who flopped a straight crushed and short-stacked.

The player under-the-gun limped in, as did Gavin Griffin next to act. The player in middle position moved all in for 18,000 and action folded to Sean Getzwiller in the small blind. He moved all in behind forcing the action back on the two limpers. The first, which had a smaller stack than Getzwiller, tank-folded which was followed by a quick muck by Griffin.

The player who had limped under-the-gun immediately got angry at himself, claiming later to have folded Jacks. His mood lightened though when the dealer spread out the flop. The turn was the and the river was the .
The bad news for Getzwiller (and Griffin for that matter) was that the open 7 seat, just two to Getzwiller's left, was filled by Dan O'Brien while that hand was taking place. Now three of the most notable and proven professionals remaining in the tournament are seated within five seats of each other.

Just before dinner break, Joe Tehan joked, "Don't bother counting my chips. It's going to be a quick day as soon as these players find the call button."
Well it appears at least one player has found it because Tehan was just seen exiting the poker room.

Giorgio Medici has been collecting chips throughout the day, and the post dinner levels have been no different. He now has 6 stacks of chips that are of various number, but by our best estimation he has around 190,000. We will be sure to keep an eye on his progress the rest of the night.

We picked up the action on a flop with a pot that was at least 9,000-chips. James Carroll led for 4,700 but was raised to 11,300. After some thought Carroll raised the action again to 21,700. His opponent moved all in for just over 60,000 total and Carroll made the call.

The turn and river were no help to Carroll who was crippled despite his hot start.
