Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante
Alan Cutler
Alan Cutler

Alan Cutler checked a {7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} flop from the small blind, and his opponent on the button bet 400 into a pot of 1,000. Cutler called.

Cutler checked again on the {a-Spades} turn, and the button bet 800. Cutler quickly called.

Both players checked the {a-Hearts} river, and Cutler tabled {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for running trip aces. The button smirked as he looked over his own cards, then mucked.

Larose Finds Three-Bet Success

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

A player raised to 300 from the hijack, and was called by the cutoff, as well as Wayne Whittinghill in the small blind. John Larose three-bet to 1,600 from the big blind, and the hijack and cutoff both called, while Whittinghill ducked out of the way.

On the {q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop, Larose led out for 2,500, and both of his opponents quickly folded. The dealer inadvertently flipped one of Larose's cards as he went to muck, and the {a-Clubs} flipped up on the felt. Larose didn't react to his exposed card, and simply raked in the pot.

Timm Bets Out Van Sanford

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Martin Timm raised to 500 from the hijack, and was called by the button and the small blind, before two-time WSOPC ring winner Ryan Van Sanford three-bet to 2,600 from the big blind. Only Timm called.

While Van Sanford was contemplating his action on the {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop, a player inadvertently fumbled a 500 chip into the pot, which momentarily confused the table. The player retrieved his chip, and Van Sanford bet 2,100.

"Raise," Timm said before tossing a 5,000 chip into the pot. Van Sanford folded.

"An underbet!" Timm said with a grin when the table teased the player about dropping the 500 chip into the pot, and Van Sanford smirked and said, "I wish I bet 500!"
