"These Chips Will Be Put Into Play, Though!"

Pat Lyons was seen in the poker room last night deep in a satellite to today's Main Event in which he was one of 23 players to qualify for the tournament today. His stack had been in play since cards began to fly at noon, however, he was only seen entering the tournament about 15 minutes ago.

His starting stack of 30,000 had gone down to 26,100, but he wasn't worried: "These chips will be put into play, though!" he exclaimed.

It appears the start of his day has him trending in a direction, though, as he was just seen with a stack size of around half that of the starting stack. Stay tuned.
