The second-biggest 2022 WSOP International Circuit €1,700 Main Event in the current year will play down to a winner today in Europe's biggest poker arena at the King's Resort in Rozvadov. Out of a field of 748 entries in the Autumn Edition, the largest share of the €1,101,430 prize pool is still up for grabs.

Only ten players on two five-handed tables remain and they have locked up a cash prize of €13,525 as well as an entry into the 2022 WSOP Europe €10,350 Main Event in one month from now. The winner is slated to take home the top prize of €189,650 and the coveted WSOP Circuit gold ring as well as an entry into the restricted Tournament of Champions at the 2023 WSOP in Las Vegas.

Lars Kamphues leads the way with a stack of 7,745,000 and Switzerland's Denis Gergoc (6,860,000) follows in second place. The most well-known finalist by is arguably Vojtech Ruzicka who enters the final day third in chips with 5,985,000.

Frenchman Dorian Melchers has recorded numerous deep runs at King's Resort and topped that with a WSOP Circuit ring during this series. He is once more in the mix with 4,685,000, right in the middle of the pack. The same also applies for Alireza Keyvar (3,680,000), Alessandro Pagliuso (3,000,000), and Natale Allegra (2,660,000).

Three shorter shorter stacks are aiming to secure the initial pay jump by making the nine-handed final table. This applies for Dutchman Frans Van Staalduinen (1,485,000), who holds nearly three times as many chips as Berkan Munar (560,000) and Samir Boudeliou (510,000) who are both under immediate pressure.

The blinds in level 28 will recommence at 50,000-100,000 with a big blind ante of 100,000, giving the two shortest stacks very little room to manoeuvre. Action is set to continue at 2pm local time and the live-stream action will run on a security delay of 30 minutes.

Once the field is down to the last nine players, they will redraw for the final table and take a short break to set up the grand finale.

The flagship tournament of the WSOP Circuit stop surpassed the €1,000,000 guarantee and dashed out top entries to Day 1a of the 2022 WSOPE Main Event as part of the unique qualifier program here at King's Resort. Elias Abou Saleh and Radu Pitic were those won earned the extra ticket on top of their cash prizes while 2021 WSOP Europe bracelet winner Sergiu Covrig earned the same payday as countryman Pitic (€11,475) but missed out on the additional tournament entry.

Stay tuned for the conclusion of the €1,700 Main Event right here on PokerNews and on the Twitch channel of the King's Resort. All live updates will be published according to the live stream action until a winner has been crowned.

A few small pots followed and Berkan Munar was then in the big blind with a short stack of just 460,000. Vojtech Ruzicka pushed all-in from the small blind and Munar called it off.

Berkan Munar: {k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Vojtech Ruzicka: {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

The {5-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts} board failed to keep Munar in contention as Ruzicka flopped a pair and rivered two pair. With the elimination of the short stack, the field is down to the final table and there will now be an extended break of around half an hour before the action gets back underway.

Ruzicka Bluffs Into the Nut Flush

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Alireza Keyvar
Alireza Keyvar

The action kicked off with an under-the-gun raise to 245,000 by Alireza Keyvar with the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. It folded all the way to Vojtech Ruzicka in the big blind who called with the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}. The {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop was checked to the initial raiser, who bet 215,000.

Ruzicka had other plans and went for a check-raise to 625,000. That resulted in a staring contest by Keyvar who then just called for the {7-Diamonds} to appear on the turn. Ruzicka fired a bet worth 885,000 for about one thirds of the pot and Keyvar reluctantly called.

The {3-Diamonds} on the river brought a fourth diamond on the board and Ruzicka bet another 800,000 and Keyvar carefully checked his stack before raising to 1,700,000 with few chips behind. Ruzicka sighed and sent the cards into the muck.
