Fox Doubles Through Ferguson
Ferguson opened the pot with a raise from the small blind and Fox answered with a 60,000 raise from the big. Chris went through his standard routine, patient and deliberate as always, before detaching a very tall pile of 5,000 chips from his stack and sliding them into the middle.
Now it was Dustin's turn to visit the tank after Chris had put him to a decision for all of his chips. Dustin hunched over his chips with his thumbs and index fingers in position to make the move and paused for a moment before pushing them across the betting line.
Fox needed to dodge an ace in order to double up, and dodge he did, as the board filled out . The crowd let out a roar as loud as any they've given today as the hometown kid raked in the monster pot.
By our estimations, Fox pulled within a few thousand chips of Ferguson for the chip lead following the hand. We'll bring you up-to-date counts during the next break.
