Hand #1

Hand #1 - Brandon Adams has the button in seat 5, and everyone folds to Smurfit, giving him a walk in the big blind.

Hand #2 - Hilbert Shirey Eliminated in 9th Place ($30,317)

Hand #2 - Robert Fellner has the button in seat 6, Shirey raises under the gun to 70,000, and Morad calls from the cutoff. The flop comes {K-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, Shirey bets the pot, trying to go all in, and Morad calls. Thinking they're both all in, they show their cards. But there's one problem -- Shirey's pot-sized bet wasn't enough to move all in, and he still has a handful of chips left behind.

Tournament Director Jimmy Somerfeld is called over for a ruling, and he decides that since the players turned their cards over thinking they were all in, they are now all in. Action continues.

Shirey: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Morad: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

The last two cards are {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}, and Morad wins the pot with a set of kings.

Hilbert Shirey is eliminated in ninth place, earning $30,317. the next player eliminated will receive $42,108.
