First Blood

After a {J-Hearts}{2-Spades}{K-Clubs} flop Ahmad check-called Jensen's bet, then check-raised Jensen after the {Q-Spades} turned. Jensen called and led out again after the {4-Clubs} hit on the turn. Ahmad called and showed the {4-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, making a pair on the river, and Jensen mucked.

Another Big Pot for Ahmad

Ahmad called Jensen's raise in the big blind and check-raised Jensen after the {2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Jensen called, and when the {9-Hearts} turned he raised Ahmad's 30K bet. Ahmad called and then led out when the {5-Hearts} hit on the river. Jensen called and could only wave his hand in resignation as Ahmad tabled {5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for trips.

Tilted Table

Ahmad just won another big pot, when Jensen raised and Ahmad three-bet before the {2-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs} flop. Jensen called Ahmad's bet and a big bet after the {J-Diamonds} on the turn, but Jensen folded when Saif led out after the {6-Clubs} on the river.

Ahmad Again

After the betting was capped preflop the two players saw a {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Jensen check-called a bet and did the same after the {Q-Diamonds} turned. The {3-Clubs} fell on the river and Jensen called another of Ahmad's big bets. Saif turned over {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs} and won another huge pot that left Jensen with just 400K.

Saif Ahmad Wins the $2,000 Limit Hold-Em Championship

Unstoppable. That was Saif Ahmad during the heads-up match. He won every big hand, including the last one. Jensen raised before the flop and Ahmad called, and they saw a flop of {J-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Jensen bet the last of his chips and Ahmad called. Jensen showed {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} for two pair, Ahmad held...{Q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

The {10-Spades} on the turn gave Ahmad an open-ended straight draw, and on the river he spiked the {A-Spades} to end cruelly William Jensen's day. As our runner-up, Jensen wins $133,151, but that Ace of Spades on the river gave the title, the $217,329 first place money, and the World Series of Poker bracelet to Saif Ahmad.
