Danny Noam Makes a Big Laydown

One player limped in early position as did Danny Noam on the button. Bill Gazes called from the small blind and Ram Vaswani exercised his big blind option by raising to 50K total. The early-position player passed, Noam made the call and Gazes threw his hand away. It was heads-up to the flop of {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. Vaswani bet 80K and Noam went into the tank. Noam thought for several minutes and then called the clock on himself. Halfway through the countdown Noam folded his hand, but tossed in the {9-Clubs} face-up. Vaswani showed no emotion as he dragged the pot. Noam stepped away from the table momentarily to regroup.

Emil Patel Doubles Through Ram Vaswani

Emil Patel moved all in for 108K from early position. Vaswani, who was in the big blind, pondered for just a moment before calling. The players showed...

Patel: {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Vaswani: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Patel caught up quickly when the flop came {A-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{K-Hearts}. The turn and river were blanks for Vaswani. Patel doubled up to about 240K. Vaswani now sits with 285K.

Tony G Doubles Through Dutch Boyd; Vows to Rip His Stack Apart

The G Doubles Up
The G Doubles Up
Tony G doubled up against Dutch Boyd. Tony G's {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} held up against Boyd's {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}. The flop was {J-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Tony G flopped a set. The turn was the {2-Clubs} and the river was the {8-Clubs}.

A very excited Tony G jumped up and started trash talking with Dutch Boyd.

"I'm gonna take everything you have," said Tony G. "I'm gonna rip your stack apart! Keep calling and I'll keep taking all your chips."

That pot increased Tony G's stack to almost 400K.

Alex Bolotin Doubles Through Bill Edler

We caught up to this hand on the flop of {3-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

Alex Bolotin bet 40K and Bill Edler raised 80K more. Alex slowly counted out his chips and then announced he was all in for an additional 231K. Edler thought for about two to three minutes and eventually called. Bolotin quickly rolled over the {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts} much to the dismay of Edler who reluctantly tabled the {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}. The {A-Diamonds} on the turn had Edler drawing dead.

Table Talk: Tony G

Tony G pulled off a bluff against Dutch Boyd and the chatter continued.

"Winners are grinners," said Tony G. "I'm smiling because I'm going to take all of your money. You should give me your stack now, because I'm going to have all of it."
