Joe Beever Eliminated In 38th Place ($11,291)

Joe Beevers bet his remaining 104.5K in chips on a board of {J-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. His opponent, who had Beevers covered, didn't take long to make the call. Beevers turned up {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} but he was trailing the {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} of his opponent. The turn and river were no help to Beevers and he was eliminated in 38th place taking home $11,291 for his efforts.

Raj Sawant Gets the Better of Phil Hellmuth

Phil Hellmuth raised to 16K under the gun. Action folded around to Raj Sawant in the big blind who made the call. The flop came down {J-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Both players checked. The turn brought the {4-Spades}. Sawant checked and Hellmuth bet 20K. Sawant pondered a bit and Hellmuth said, "Tell you what...I'll take this one and you take the next one..." Sawant eventually made the call. The river came the {4-Hearts}. Sawant again checked and Hellmuth fired 40K. Sawant, after a minute or so of deliberation, pushed out the call. Hellmuth instantly said "Nice call...you got me." Both players were slow to showdown, but Savant eventually turned up the {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Hellmuth mucked.

Hellmuth Crippled

On a flop of {8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}, Phil Helmuth moved all in and Thierry Van Den Berg called.

Hellmuth: {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Van Den Berg: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

Hellmuth was ahead with a set. The turn was the {J-Hearts} and the river was the {Q-Hearts}. Hellmuth lost to a bigger set and he exploded. The F-bomb came out of Hellmuth's mouth along with the word "donkey" on more than one instance.

That hand pushed Thierry Van Den Berg up to 215K, as Hellmuth slipped to 29K.
