Joe Hachem is Eliminated

There were three all-ins pre-flop, with Joe Hachem among them. One player had {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}, one had {K-Hearts}{K-Spades} and Joe Hachem had {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}. The board came {K-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}, giving the pocket kings the boat. Joe Hachem was eliminated on the hand.

Here's a Fun One for Ya

A player in middle position makes it 400 to go, the player next to act and the SB call. The flop comes {4-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}. The SB and original raiser check and the remaining opponent goes all-in for 2700. SB calls and the middle-position player check-raises for an additional 3500. SB re-raises and is all-in for an additional 2500. All hands are up: the SB shows {K-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a flush draw, the original raiser turns over {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} holding a set after the flop and the remaining player has {10-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} for top pair. The turn is a {9-Hearts} giving the SB a flush. The river didn't pair the board and two players went packing, leaving Darryl Ronconi and his K-3 with 19,400 chips.

The Lynch See-Saw

On a flop of {3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}, Eric Lynch made it 800 to go in middle position and the player in the cut-off pushed all-in for a total of 1825. Lynch said as he thought, "There's too much money in the pot. I hope you didn't out-flop me. I call." Well Lynch hadn't been out-flopped. He had {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and his opponent had {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. His opponent, however did river him, when the turn came a {3-Clubs} and the river was the {A-Clubs}. At that point, Lynch was down to 775 chips.

On the very next hand, a player in mid-position calls, TJ Cloutier makes it 800 to go, another player makes it 2000 to go and Lynch calls all-in from the big blind. The original limper folds, TJ Cloutier pushes all-in for 3750 and the next player folds, leaving Lynch and Cloutier heads-up. Lynch's {A-Hearts}{8-Spades} was dominated by Cloutier's {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. The board spiked an 8 and Lynch is back up to 2,535.
