This is the Place to be at 2p

It all starts again at 2pm today, as the 147 players who survived day one take a crack at day two. We will play until we have a final table tonight, and with 2,800 or so expected for the $1,500 No Limit Hold Em event starting today, there will be a lot of action in the Amazon room today. Check back for day two of this event starting at 2pm.

Delayed Start

With the massive numbers in the field for today's $1,500 no-limit hold'em event, the restart time for Event #47 has been pushed back until at least 3:00 pm PDT, but possibly 4:00 pm PDT.

Stay tuned for further updates.

Shuffle Up & Deal!

There are approximately 15 minutes left in Level 11, with blinds of 1,000-2,000, and a 300 ante. Everyone is seated and ready to go, so it's time to shuffle up and deal!

142 Day One Survivors

There were 2,038 entrants in this event, and 142 survived to Day Two. They are already in the money, and the early bustouts today will receive $4,451. The next jump in prize money is for 126th place, which will receive $4,822.

Table 8 is Short-Handed

Table 8 is playing short-handed in the early going, because they started with eight, lost a player early, and have two players yet to show up. So there are only five players, filling seats 1-5, currently in action. (Though the other two stacks are still being blinded off, of course.)
