Montel Williams and the Missing Chips

Montel Williams opened his bag over at Table 78 to discover that he had 5,000 fewer chips inside than the total that was written on his bag. Tournament Director Jack Effel was called over to address the issue and told Williams that they will go to the surveillance tapes to determine what happened.
