Interesting Table Share

Clonie Gowen, Chris Moorman
Clonie Gowen, Chris Moorman
One rather interesting table sees Clonie Gowen seated next to UK online player Chris Moorman. Moorman still has his 5,000 starting stack while Gowen is down to 2,900, but Gowen has position...

Hansen Doubles Through

I think our reporter might just hover over this particular table as Gus has joined Dario Minieri at table 11, and you know that these guys like to play a lot of hands.

In this hand Gus made it 625 from under the gun and Dario made he call on the button.

Flop: {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {8-Diamonds}

Gus bet 700 and Dario moved in, forcing Gus to call for his last 4,100.
Dario tabled {K-Spades} {10-Diamonds} for top pair while Gus held the {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} for a flopped set.

Turn, {9-Diamonds} , River {4-Diamonds}

Gus moves up over 10k.

Mark Seif Eliminated

Mark moved all in for his last 2,200 preflop behind a raise of 525 from the UTG player.

The player in the small blind moved all in over the top for more than 4000 and the UTG player released his hand.

Mark tabled {9-?} {9-?} while his opponent held {K-?} {K-?} .

No help on the board for Mark and he makes an early exit.

Williams Drops Down

Jeff Williams has dropped down to 9,000 from his earlier peak of 24,000. He reraised an early position raiser from the small blind and then bet out 700 on the {7-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {5-Hearts} flop. His opponent raised to 1,700 and Williams called. Williams checked the {J-Spades} turn, and when the original raiser bet 3,000, Williams raised to 10,000. The original raiser called all in, and flipped over {8-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} for the turned nut. Williams mucked even before the {8-Hearts} river was dealt.

Recent Eliminations

Scott Seiver, Vanessa Rousso and Gavin Smith are all OUT, the latter running his J-9 into the pocket rockets of Fred Goldberg at some point (presumably the flop) on a {6-?} {8-?} {10-?} {2-?} {9-?} board.
