Greco Hanging In There

Greco - happy as Larry
Greco - happy as Larry
The gent in the hijack raised, only for Michael Greco to move all in. Mr. Hijack tanked for some time while Greco distractedly chewed on his nails. Eventually Mr. Hijack passed, and Greco took the pot.

Yeh Doubles Up

Yeh baby, one time!
Yeh baby, one time!
A very lost-looking Anthony Yeh was down to 30,000, but wasted little time in getting all his chips in the middle. He was holding {A-Hearts} {6-Hearts} and his opponent was holding {K-Hearts} {J-Spades}; nothing at all for anyone on the {Q-Clubs} {4-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {8-Spades} board and Yeh stays in the game on 60,000 or so.

Yeh No More

Budding poker player come field reporter now knows what it's like to be (rather than witness) one of those poor soles to be reported on busting from a bracelet event.

Short stacked at 55,000 he pushed from UTG and was called by Guillame Patry in the very next seat. Yeh tabled to {10-Spades} {10-Diamonds} to his opponent's {A-Clubs} {J-Hearts}. The board came {A-Hearts} {3-Spades} {7-Clubs} {7-Spades} {K-Spades} to knock Anthony down and out.

Great effort though Mr Yeh, your colleagues are proud.

"That's So Out of Line"

Putting his opponent through the ringer
Putting his opponent through the ringer
We picked the action up on the flop of {A-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {10-Clubs}. It was heads up between Glenn McCaffrey and Andy Seth, with the latter betting 13,500 when checked to him. The call was made before they both checked the {7-Clubs} turn to see the {10-Hearts} river.

McCaffery led out this time for a 20,500 bet only to be raised to 66,500 by Seth. He responded by moving all in, prompting a long tank. "I have no idea what's going on in this one," Seth said to himself after five minutes.

He stood and took off his hoodie and then sat back down. It was at this point that the dealer asks McCaffery if he wanted to call the clock. McCaffery shakes his head, but Seth takes objection to the dealer's behavior and says, "That's so out of line."

After tens minutes of tanking, he calls the clock on himself, which runs down and his hand is declared dead. He tables the {10-Spades} to show the table his decision wasn't easy. He's still left with 140,000 while McCaffery is up to 370,000.

Ferraro Races Out

Mark Ferraro got his last in with {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} against David Goldklang's pocket {J-Hearts} {J-Clubs} -- "Hold up!" commanded Goldklang of his jacks, and duly they did, knocking out Mr. Ferraro.

Board: {2-Clubs} {9-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {3-Spades} {2-Spades}

Dragan Not Slayed Yet

Dragan
Dragan
Dragan Galic is still in there fighting against multiple St George's all around him. He just doubled his minuscule stack up to 8,000 after his ace-king stood the test of the ace-ten of his foe.

20 Minutes to Gather Your Thoughts

Play has turned veeeerrrrryyy slooowwww now. What our remaining 69 runners need is another break to go get themselves a nice tall glass of shoving juice. Good thing we're on a 20 minute break right now. Get the coffees in, folks, we're in for a long night...
