Mikael Thuritz Eliminated in 13th Place ($27,401)

Mikael Thuritz - 13th Place
Mikael Thuritz - 13th Place

Mikael Thuritz put most of his remianing chips in preflop and then committed them on the flop of {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} versus James Dempsey. He held the {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} against the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Clubs} of Thuritz.

The turn was the {A-Clubs} and then the river the {A-Spades}, a little bit of overkill for Dempsey who wound up making quads and sending Thuritz to the rail in 13th place.
