Abe Mosseri Eliminated in 12th Place ($77,569)

Abe Mosseri - 12th Place
Abe Mosseri - 12th Place

The field is thinning at a rapid pace here on Day 3, and we've just lost another player; Abe Mosseri.

Mosseri opened for a raise from under the gun and Sam Trickett re-raised to 140,000 from the hijack seat. Mosseri called.

The dealer fanned {q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Mosseri checked to Trickett who fired 150,000. Mosseri check-raised to 400,000, Trickett moved all and Mosseri called.

Mosseri: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Trickett: {8-Clubs}{6-Spades}

Mosseri needed some help, and the {3-Clubs} on the turn left Mosseri with just three outs to an ace. An ace did not come on the river, rather it was the {4-Hearts} eliminating him from Event #52.

With the hold, Trickett is now our massive chip leader sporting a 3,000,000-chip stack.
