As the PokerNews Live Reporting Team were circling the tables to update the chip counts, we found ourselves front and center for Ryan Welch's elimination in 12th place ($25,816).
Having been crippled in a massive hand earlier, Welch got the last of his money into the middle before the flop with 
, only to run into George Jalkotzy's 
.
Welch did manage to hit top pair on the flop of 
and then improve to two pair with the repeat 
on the turn, but he reeled in disgust after the 
spiked on the river to give Jalkotzy Broadway.

From under the gun, Sean Grover raised to 35,000. Alexander Wice flat-called from the button and then action folded to Eddie Blumenthal in the big blind. He moved all in. Grover quickly made the call with about 500,000 behind to put himself at risk and then Wice folded.

As Jeffrey Papola began to unrack his chips after being balanced from the other table, George Jalkotzy raised from under the gun to 35,000 before Efren Garcia reraised all-in from the button. Eddie Blumenthal folded his small blind and Papola went right back to his chips after quickly folding his hand from the big blind. Jalkotzy snap-called.

Ravi Raghavan checked to David Vamplew on the 
flop. Vamplew bet 60,000 and then Raghavan raised to 150,000. Vamplew folded and Raghavan won the pot.
From the button, Eddie Blumenthal raised to 34,000. Jeff Papola reraised to 80,000 from the small blind and action went back over to Blumenthal. He four-bet to 182,000. Papola decided that wasn't enough and moved all in. Blumenthal quickly mucked and Papola won the pot.
Bryan Colin raised to 32,000 from the small blind and Geffrey Klein called from the big blind to see the flop come down
