Chad Holloway Chipping Up Early

We missed the preliminary betting, but caught up with a hand involving PokerNews' own Chad Holloway and Matt Savage.
Holloway: (X)(X) - 
Savage: (X)(X) - 
Both Holloway and Savage made four to the straight on sixth street, with the Savage holding four cards to a Broadway straight. After receiving their down cards on seventh street, Savage fired a bet of 150 into the middle and Holloway raised it to 300.
Savage was very surprised at this and thought Holloway had simply called. When he saw the raise, the Savage stood and asked "three hundred, really?" but made the crying call anyway, hoping our Senior Staff Writer simply held a low straight. Holloway calmly said "I have a boat" and flipped up his down cards: 
for a full house.
