Corkins Pushing the Bubble

On the very first hand, James Sowers raised from the cutoff to 2,300. Hoyt Corkins was in the big blind and picked up the 1,300 in chips that would be necessary to call. After twirling them around for about a minute, he announced he was all in. Sowers quickly released his hand.

As he was raking in the chips, Corkins told Sowers with a smile, "I'm still mad at you from the Commerce."

"Yeah. It sucks when you play out of your mind and still lose, because you did that," Sowers responded.
