Lindgren Triples, Then Eliminated Alongside Richey

Level 12 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Erick Lindgren- Out
Erick Lindgren- Out

Eric Lindgren raised all in under the gun for 2,900 total, and it folded around to Brett Richey in the small blind. He raised, and Brock Parker called in the big blind. The flop came out {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, and Richey got his last 4,700 in against Parker and all the cards were flipped.

Lindgren: {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Richey: {k-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Parker: {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Lindgren had top pair, Parker had second pair, and Richey needed some help. The turn and river came the {q-Spades}{7-Hearts}, and Lindgren tripled up, with Parker collecting the side pot and knocking out Richey.

On the next hand hand, Lindgren and Andre Akkari got in a raising war in the blinds that saw Lindgren put his newly won chips on the line. Unfortunately for Lindgren, he was dominated.

Lindgren: {q-Spades}{3-Spades}
Akkari: {k-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

The board ran out {2-Clubs}{6-Spades}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, and Akkari scooped the pot to up his stack to 43,000.
