Iakov Nepomnyashchiy raised from under the gun, and received a call from Justin Pechie as well as Eric Crain. William Soffin in the big blind then two bet. All players called, and four of the five players left at Table 289 got to see a flop. Nepomnyashchiy bet again and received a call from Pechie. Short stacked Soffin made the call and was all in.
With the on the turn Nepomnyashchiy bet and was all in. Pechie said "that's a big pot" and made the call.
Pechi:
Nepomnyashchiy:
Soffin: unknown
Soffin never flipped his cards and simply threw them in the muck, and was eliminated. Pechie would need a king on the river in order to simply chop the pot. He received no such luck as the rolled off the deck for the river.
Victor Ramdin opened from the cutoff and Dale Burner re-raised on his immediate left. Everyone folded back to Ramdin who called.
Ramdin check-called a bet from Burner on the flop. Both players checked the turn. However, it was Ramdin who led out on the river. Burner quickly tossed in a call.
Ramdin tabled for a set and Burner mucked.
Ramdin is back up to 20,000 while Burner has slipped to 23,000.
Hoyt Corkins moved all in from middle position and received three callers. On a flop Dale Eberle was able to cut some dead weight with a series of raises between him and David Speicher lead to Todd Wittleles folding. The on fourth street brought another bet from Edberle and a fold from Speicher.

Corkins would need to catch a four in order to stay in this tournament. The river was no use to Corkins and he was eliminated.
Facing a three bet preflop Randy Lew called and got to see a flop with the likes of Christoph Kwon and Luke Nettles. The cards came out and Lew dictated the action with a bet, Kwon called while Nettles folded.
On the turn Kwon again called a bet from Lew. The river brought checks from both players. Lew showed which was enough to win the pot, as Kown mucked his cards.
Brock Parker and Ari Engel both had big hands in the last pot they played. They went to a flop of , Parker bet, Englel raised and Parker called. The turn came , Parker bet and Engel called. The river fell , Parker bet and Engel called. See a pattern there?
Engel tabled and Parker broke his usual straight face with a smile and tabled . They chopped up the pot and it's the second time we've seen pocket aces dealt to two players in the same hand.
