Solomon Wins Battle of Pot-Limit Hold'em Experts-ish

Jarred Solomon (earlier in the WSOP)
Jarred Solomon (earlier in the WSOP)

On a flop of {6-Spades}{2-Hearts}{K-Spades}, we found Andrew Cohen firing out a continuation-bet of 850 into a pot of roughly a little over 1,000.

His lone opponent in the hand - Jarred Solomon - slid out a check-raise from the big blind amounting to 1,775, but when the action returned to Cohen in the cutoff, he made it 3,875.

The South African Solomon instantly moved all in for 10,475, and after two minutes in the tank, Cohen angled his cards to the muck.

Both players have made deep runs already this series with Solomon finishing in second place in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Hold'em Championship, while Cohen finished in tenth place in the $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em event.
