Negreanu Gets Into the Groove

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante
Daniel Negreanu (from Event #5): smooth operator!
Daniel Negreanu (from Event #5): smooth operator!

Everyone's favorite poker-playing juvenile, Daniel 'Kid Poker' Negreanu, is now up to 6,200 in chips after taking down a couple of small pots over on table 56.

Earlier, the Canadian Team PokerStars Pro raised from early position and found one caller in the big blind; the big blind checked his option after the flop of {5-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} before Negreanu opened.

"Can I go all in?" the big blind joked as he threw his hand into the muck. A short time later, we came across a board that read {A-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{K-Clubs}; with Negreanu having tabled {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} for a baby flush. His opponent looked rather sour as he kicked his cards away.
