Doft Takes From Nguyen

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Scotty Nguyen raised under the gun and Elie Doft three-bet on the button. The blinds folded, Nguyen called, and the flop came down {Q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Nguyen check-called a bet from Doft to see the {9-Hearts} turn where he checked again. Doft fired another bet, but Nguyen threw in a raise. Doft called, landing the {10-Diamonds} on the river. Nguyen bet, but was unable to shake Doft.

"Trips baby," said Nguyen.

Ivey's Magic

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

"Every time Phil Ivey wins a pot a unicorn and leprechaun are born," we just heard Maridu Mayrink say from the rail. We all know Ivey has amazing poker skills, but apparently he can do a lot more than just raking in chips!

The main feature table set has been filling up ever since word got out Mister Ivey was gunning for his ninth bracelet, and we expect a lot more famous faces as the night goes on.
