Welcome back to the PokerNews coverage of Event 29: $1,000 Seniors No-Limit Hold'em Championship. It's nice and early here at the Rio in Las Vegas, and what better of a time to play for a World Series of Poker gold bracelet and over $600,000 in prize money.

Leading the way into Day 3 is Kevin DeTienne from Helena, Montana. He bagged two times as many chips as his next closest competitor, but this isn't going to be a walk in the park come game time. Some very tough competiton remains with the likes of Dennis Phillips, Hoyt Corkins, Radwan Khuri and Allyn Jaffrey Shulman.

Also still remaining is Rodney Clarida, who has finished third in this event in 2007 and 30th in 2011. Combine those finishes with his run so far this year and he's arguably the best performer in the history of the Seniors Championship.

Play is scheduled to kick off shortly at 11:00 AM and you won't want to miss a thing as the 29th gold bracelet of the 2012 Series is given away. Stay tuned for all the action coming straight to you from Las Vegas!
