Heavy betting through the flop and turn left just Bardah and Gironda battling. Then when the fell on the river and Gironda led with a bet, Bardah looked to the ceiling in exasperation before making a crying call. Gironda tabled , and Bardah winced as he mucked, that river clearly appearing to have snatched the large pot away from him.
Jacob Petersen has fallen in 12th after hanging on for the first 20 minutes of Level 18 with a short stack. Down to just a few big bets, Petersen failed to survive a skirmish with Maria Ho, and is on his way to cash his 12th-place ticket worth $9,362.
