Huge Pot for Madsen

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante
Jeff Madsen
Jeff Madsen

Hand #45: Douglas Corning raised to 50,000, Jeff Madsen re-raised the pot on the button, and everyone folded.

Hand #46: Madsen raised to 53,000 in the cutoff, Michal Maryska called out of the small blind, and Danny Hannawa defended his big blind. The flop came {7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}, Maryska checked, Hannawa fired out 159,000, and Madsen and Maryska both folded.

Hand #47: Hannawa completed from the small blind, Clements checked his option, and the flop came {2-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. Hannawa check-called a bet of 25,000, both players checked when the {7-Diamonds} turned, and they checked again when the {7-Hearts} completed the board. Hannawa won with {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{8-Spades} for a full house.

Hand #48: Madsen raised to 53,000 from under the gun, and he won the pot.

Hand #49: Maryska limped in from early position, Clements called on the button, and Madsen checked in the big blind. The flop came {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}, Madsen led out for 52,000, and only Clements called. The turn was the {7-Diamonds}, Madsen led out again - this time for 87,000 - and Clements again called. The {10-Spades} completed the board, Madsen fired a third and final bullet worth 182,000, and Clements raised to 550,000. Madsen called.

Clements showed {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}, but it hit the muck in an instant as Madsen tabled {k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for a full house.
