David Levi({7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}) / {4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}{10-Spades} / ({5-Spades})
Dustin Leary({Q-Spades}{2-Diamonds}) / {Q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} / ({6-Spades})

David Levi was all in on fifth street with a pair of fours and three cards to a low. His opponent, Dustin Leary, had a pair of queens. Leary's board ran out to give him three queens, while Levi could only muster finishing with a pair of fours.

With his elimination, Levi took 17th place for $6,551. The field moved to just 16 players left and we will post the redraw shortly.

Perry: {x-}{x-} / {2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts} / {x-}
Pace: {x-}{x-} / {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{7-Spades} / {x-}
Lee: {x-}{x-} / {4-Hearts}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs}{10-Spades} / {x-}

Ralph Perry was down to his last 10,000 after the redraw, and those chips went in the middle on the first hand of the final two tables. Mack Lee and Randall Pace both made the call, and from there, Pace led out all the way until seventh street. Lee came along each time, and on seventh, both players.

Pace revealed {a-Hearts} {q-Clubs} {3-Clubs} in the hole for a pair of aces, and Lee wasn't able to beat that, as he mucked his hand. Perry was drawing very live, showing the {8-Spades}{4-Spades}. He could catch a low and/or a flush on seventh, but he squeezed his card, and showed the {k-Clubs}. That wouldn't get the job done, and he was eliminated in 16th place.

On the other table, Matusow was able to get a full triple up, when he made a low on sixth street, and a flush on seventh to get back up to 100,000.

Andrew Kelsall
Andrew Kelsall

Andrew Kelsall has been eliminated in 15th place.

After playing a hand of stud-8 against Mike Gorodinsky in which Gorodinsky made an ace-high flush and a seven low to scoop, Kelsall was knocked down to about 5,000 in chips. Shortly thereafter, Kelsall was all in against Owais Ahmed. On fifth street, Kelsall had a pair of aces and three cards to a low. Ahmed held a pair of sevens, three cards to a low, and a flush draw.

Ahmed went on to make his flush on sixth street, and Kelsall bricked off. For his finish in 15th place, Kelsall earned $7,963. Ahmed moved to 290,000 in chips.

Ahmed Continues to Rise

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Omaha-8

We caught up with the action on the flop, which came down {4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. Owais Ahmed and Daniel Negreanu were heads up, and Ahmed check called a bet from Negreanu. The {3-Diamonds} hit the turn, and Ahmed checked again, prompting another bet from Negreanu. This time, Ahmed check raised, causing Negreanu to sit back in his chair. He eventually tossed in the call, and Ahmed bet again when the {a-Diamonds} hit the river. Negreanu once again looked pained by the decision, and eventually, he tossed his cards towards the dealer.

Negreanu dropped to 105,000 after that hand, while Ahmed is now third in chips with 334,000.
