Alaei Keeps Up Pressure

Level 28 : 40,000-80,000, 0 ante

Hand #134: Daniel Alaei raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and both Jared Bleznick (button) and James Wiese (small blind) called. The flop came {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Wiese checked, and Alaei bet 420,000. Bleznick considered the board for a few moments then set out the calling chips, and Wiese got out.

The turn brought the {10-Spades}. Alaei checked this time, and Bleznick took the opportunity to set out a bet of 600,000. Alaei took his time, riffling his chips and looking back and forth at the board and Bleznick. Finally after about a minute-and-a-half Alaei called.

The river was the {J-Clubs}. Alaei took only a few seconds to act this time, declaring he was all in, and after a quick recheck of his cards Bleznick folded.

Hand #135: Tom Marchese raised to 280,000 from the button and won the blinds.

Hand #136: Alaei called from the small blind and Bleznick checked, and the first three community cards came {6-Spades}{K-Hearts}{9-Spades}. Alaei bet 100,000 and after just a few moments Bleznick raised to 300,000 and Alaei folded.

Hand #137: Alaei raised to 200,000 from the button and won the hand.
