Welcome to PokerNews' Day 4 coverage of Event #49: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em.
Three days and 31 one-hour levels of poker have not been enough to see a winner emerge from the starting field of 696 players. Left to duke it out for the bracelet is David Miscikowski and Norbert Szecsi. Miscikowski begins play with a slight chip lead and if the heads-up match thus far has been any indication, it could be a while longer as both players have taken turns with a sizable chip lead and on the short stack. For Szecsi, a win would secure his second World Series of Poker gold bracelet. Miscikowski, meanwhile, is aiming to capture his first bracelet at his first WSOP final table. Both players are guaranteed $444,425, but the winner will collect $719,707.
Play is set to resume at 2 p.m. so be sure to keep it here to find out who will capture the gold bracelet!
