"Good Call"

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Mike Dentale
Mike Dentale

Mike Dentale and Eric Sfez were heads up on the river with {a-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} out. Sfez had bet 8,500 on the river and Dentale needed some time to think. After mulling it over for a couple of minutes, he threw the chips in and turned over {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, but it was good against Sfez's {k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}.

"Good call," said another player at the table as Dentale collected the chips.

Finstein Wins Flip to Survive

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Lily Kiletto opened the betting and Michael Finstein three-bet all in to 49,000. Kiletto made a snap-call and they flipped their cards over.

Michael Finstein: {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Lily Kiletto: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

It was a straight-up flip as they went into the flop. The dealer laid out {j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Kiletto still needed to hit an ace or a queen. The {j-Diamonds} turn didn't provide the help she needed, and the {6-Diamonds} river won the pot for Finstein.

Aido Wins Another Flip to Climb Into the Lead

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

There was a raise to 9,000 from the hijack and Sergio Aido reraised to 28,000 on the button. The action folded back to the hijack who thought for a moment before shoving all in for 124,000. Aido quickly made the call and the cards were on their backs.

Sergio Aido: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

It was a classic coin flip but it was Aido who took the lead on the {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} flop. The turn was the {a-Diamonds} and the river brought the {j-Spades}. Aido improved to a full house and sent his opponent to the payout desk.

Leng Takes It on the River

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Ryan Leng
Ryan Leng

Ryan Leng took down the $1,500 Bounty tournament yesterday and rather than take some time off to celebrate, he registered this tournament. It's a good thing, too, as he has already locked up another cash and is sitting on an above-average stack.

Just now he won some more chips versus Adrien Allain on an {8-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs} board. Leng check-raised Allain's 13,000 bet to 39,000 and it was enough to net a fold.

Almost a Family Pot

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Five out of six players at Table #445 were in the pot by the {7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop. Felix Bleiker had opened preflop and got calls from Ryan Leng and Adrien Allain behind and Asi Moshe and Guy Pariente in the blinds.

Bleiker continued for 17,000 and that folded out Leng and Allain, but not Moshe or Pariente. The turn was a {q-Diamonds} and it was three checks this time, leaving only the river to come. It was an {8-Spades} and Moshe opted to lead for 58,000. Both Pariente and Bleiker folded and Bleiker asked to see one card but Moshe didn't comply and sent his cards into the muck.

Moshe's Second Barrel Is Enough

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Adrien Allain opened to 8,000 from the hijack and Asi Moshe three-bet to 22,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back to Allain who made the call to see a flop of {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}.

Allain checked to Moshe who continued for 22,000 and Allain still called. The turn brought the {q-Spades} and Allain checked again. Moshe pushed in a bet of 67,000 and Allain's cards instantly went flying to the muck.

Allain Recovers Chips with a Double KO

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Guy Pariente was sitting on under 10 big blinds and shoved all in for 37,000 from the hijack. Ryan Leng moved all in over the top for 71,000 in the small blind and Adrien Allain snap-called both players in the big blind.

Adrien Allain: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Ryan Leng: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Guy Pariente: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}

The dealer fanned a flop of {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Allain flopped a straight to grab a stranglehold on the hand. None of the players held a diamond in their hand, so a flush was of no concern to Allain. The turn was the {5-Spades} and the river brought the {j-Hearts}. Allain's flopped straight was good enough to send both Leng and Pariente to the payout desk.
