Tantillo Extracts a Little from Saariaho

Level 36 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

Samuel "FishIdiot" Saariaho opened from the cutoff, making it 229,999 to go and Fausto "Fantastik55" Tantillo called in the big blind to see the {a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop.

Tantillo tapped the table, Saariaho continued for 250,000 and Tantillo check-raised to 650,000. Saariaho instantly ducked out, shipping the pot to Tantillo on the check-raise.

Much-Needed Double for Yurasov

Level 36 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

Daniel Perkusic opened to 260,000 from under the gun and Dmitry Yurasov then three-bet shoved 823,848. Perkusic called and they turned over their cards with Yurasov at risk.

Dmitry Yurasov: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Daniel Perkusic: {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

The flop fell {a-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and a set of aces was looking primed to double up Yurasov. If three was not enough, the {a-Hearts} turn definitely cemented it, giving Yurasov quads.

Perkusic was drawing dead to the {3-Hearts} river and had to pay for a double to Yurasov.

Anson Tsang Eliminated in 7th Place ($11,413 + $7,152)

Level 35 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Anson Tsang opened to 280,000 from the cutoff, David "Mclovin86" Mzareulov called in the small blind and Daniel Perkusic jumped in from the big blind.

The {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop spread out on the virtual felt and action checked to Tsang, he shoved for a total of 507,065 and only Mzareulov called.

Anson Tsang: {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
David "Mclovin86" Mzareulov: {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

Both players had just a pair of sevens but Mzareulov had the higher kicker. Tsang needed one of his many outs but a {2-Hearts} turn card was not one.

The only WSOP bracelet winner that was left in the field, took an exit when a {k-Clubs} completed the board, shipping Tsang's stack and bounty over to Mzareulov.

Level 35 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

The action folded around to the blinds, "trubadur" opened to 300,000 from the small and Dmitry Yurasov defended his big, bringing forth the {q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop where "trubadur" jammed all in, totaling 248,576. Yurasov called and they flipped their cards.

"trubadur": {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Dmitry Yurasov: {6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}

Both players flopped a set with "trubadur" having the best of it, but a {5-Spades} peeled off and Yurasov took the lead with his straight.

"trubadur" needed to pair up or land a spade but a {2-Clubs} completed the board, helping in no way and "trubadur" was sent out the door, setting the final table of seven.
