Wattel Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Four ways to the {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop, Wilson Igwe checked out of the big blind and Mike Wattel bet in the cutoff to earn two calls. Igwe check-raised and received three calls. On the {j-Diamonds} turn, Igwe's bet was called only by Wattel and Chris Grigorian as they headed to the {7-Hearts} river. Igwe now checked, Wattel bet and earned the pot uncontested once both opponents tossed their cards into the muck.

Katchalov Loses Some to Bohlman

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Three ways to the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{k-Spades} turn, it checked to Scott Bohlman and he bet for Eugene Katchalov to become the only caller. On the {10-Diamonds} river, Bohlman bet and Katchalov raised. That was not the end of it, though, as Bohlman made it three bets and Katchalov folded after some consideration.

Kessler Denied a Scoop As Omaha Board Has Five Cards

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 0 ante
Shirley Rosario
Shirley Rosario

Omaha Hi-Lo

Picking up the action on the {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} turn, three players invested one full bet including Allen Kessler, Shirley Rosario and Christina Hill out of the blinds. Hill checked the {4-Diamonds} on the river and Kessler bet, Rosario raised and Hill folded while Kessler called.

Rosario tabled the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades} for a straight with the second low. Kessler showed his {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the nut low and won half the pot, then rumbled on "that cost me half the pot ... oh wait, that cost me the entire pot after the turn".

Rosario instantly replied back "there are five cards on the board, Allen" while collecting her share of the pot. Near the end of level two, Rosario is already up to a decent profit while Kessler sits right below the starting stack.
