What had happened was that Hindmarch had lifted his arms up and asked Dai how much he was playing behind before lowering them back down to the table. Dai had taken that as a check and exposed his cards. The floor then ruled that Hindmarch or any other player wouldn't lift their arms up and lower them if they were checking. Instead, they would tap the table.

The option was then given to Hindmarch to continue with the hand.

"You can't call now can you?" sighed Hindmarch, before announcing all-in for 95,200. Dai snap-called with less behind.
