Massive Pot for Vogelsang

Level 3 : 300/500, 500 ante
Christoph Vogelsang
Christoph Vogelsang

The pot had already 26,000 in it and the board was {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades}.

Christoph Vogelsang bet 20,000 and Christian Schulz made the call.

The river was the {3-Hearts} and Vogelsang fired a 57,000 bet.

Schulz felt compelled to make the call and he did but his {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a set of sevens was not good, as Vogelsang had a straight with {9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

Sahin and Barzantny Battle in the Blinds

Level 4 : 300/600, 600 ante

The action folded to Dennis Sahin in the small blind who raised it up to 1,800. Wojciech Barzantny called from the big blind and the flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Spades}.

Sahin led out with a bet of 2,000 and Barzantny called to see the {8-Hearts} on the turn. Sahin tossed in another bet of 2,000 and Barzantny still called.

The river was the {2-Hearts} and Sahin checked this time. Barzantny flicked in a bet of 5,000 and Sahin slid his cards to the muck.

Chassagne Eliminated

Level 4 : 300/600, 600 ante

With 33,000 in the pot, Milorad Krstijkeski bet 25,000 in the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs} board.

Yannick Chassagne shoved all-in for 51,500 and Krstikjeski snap-called.

Chassagne opened {a-Spades}{k-Spades} and was drawing dead as Krstikjeski had {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts} for a set of jacks.

Chassagne was left with 1,200 chips and was all-in in the very next hand with {a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} against {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} from Munkhbayar Nyamsuren but as he didn't find any help from the board, was eliminated.

Hatipoglu Hits a Set on the Turn

Level 4 : 300/600, 600 ante
Bahadir Hatipoglu Andres Frey
Bahadir Hatipoglu Andres Frey

Andres Frey and Bahadir Hatipoglu were heads-up in a three-bet pot with the flop reading {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{10-Spades}. Frey led out with a bet of 10,000 and Hatipoglu shoved all in. Frey thought for a moment before calling off his stack of around 43,000 and the cards were tabled.

Andres Frey: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Bahadir Hatipoglu: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Frey flopped the best hand with two pair but Hatipoglu had a royal flush draw. However, it was the {q-Hearts} on the turn that gave Hatipoglu the best hand with a set of queens. The {6-Clubs} on the river provided no help to Frey who was eliminated.

Schulze Down to Peanuts

Level 4 : 300/600, 600 ante

Christian Stoyanov and Felix Schulze were just seen playing a large pot where Sotyanov shoved all in on the river and Schulze looked him up. Stoyanov flipped over a full house while Schulze had the nut flush, leaving Schulze with just 20,000 chips.

On the next hand, Schulze opened to 1,500 in middle position and was called by Simone Speranza in the cutoff and the big blind. The flop came {j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Schulze continued with a bet of 1,700 which only Speranza called.

The {6-Hearts} paired the board on the turn and Schulze tossed in a bet of 5,300. Speranza still called and the {3-Diamonds} completed the board. Schulze checked this time and Speranza moved out a stack of chips which prompted a quick fold from Schulze.
