PokerNews is venturing out and hosting their first ever live poker event – the PokerNews Cup. The inaugural PokerNews Cup will take place at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia from October 21-29, 2007, and to celebrate PokerNews is giving over seventy players the chance to win their way Down Under for free!!

Starting on June 17, PokerNews is hosting

over $350,000 in PokerNews Cup Australia Freerolls!

Each freeroll winner will receive a $5000 package which includes entry to the PokerNews Cup Main Event which will run from October 27-29 and features a $200,000 Guaranteed First Prize. The package also contains six nights accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel, $1500 for travel, and invites to special Team PokerNews functions and activities.
