Biography

Hua Wei Lin is a Taiwanese poker pro and ambassador of Natural8. Lin is one half of WinPokerCouple with Nevan Chang.

Lin mostly plays live poker in her native Taiwan, but also has cashes in Macau, South Korea, Cambodia, and the United States. Indeed, it was the latter where Lin finished 23rd in the $1,000 Ladies Championship at the 2023 World Series of Poker. The same week, Lin cashed in the $1,100 PokerNews Cup at the Golden Nugget, also in Las Vegas.

Lin has more than $165,000 in live tournament winnings, an impressive sum helped by a handful of five-figure prizes. She won $16,708 after taking down the Singapore Poker League Main Event in Taipei City in April, and a career-best $19,759 in May 2023, Lin's reward for a seventh-place finish in the $1,500 APPT Cambodia Main Event.

Lin is a rising star in the Asian poker community, and one to watch in the coming weeks and months.
