Biography

Khoi Le Nguyen is a Vietnamese poker player who won the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas for $2,686,913 and his first bracelet.

Nguyen resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is one reason all of his cashes have been in American tournaments. He first cashed in November 2023, and enjoyed his first five-figure prize, $23,50, in September 2024.

In January 2025, Nguyen finished sixth in a $10,000 PGT Last Chance event in Las Vegas for $55,000 before he headed to Atlantic City for the $3,500 Borgata Poker Open Championship, which he won for $425,000.

Nguyen cashed three times at the 2025 WSOP in $800, $1,000, and $1,500 buy-in events, which made his entry into the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller surprising. Nguyen left a trail of poker superstars in his wake as he got his hands on the tournament's bracelet and $2,686,913 top prize.
