Michael Wilklow is an American poker player from Minnesota, best known for winning Event #1: $1,000 Mystery Millions for $1 million at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas.
Wilklow's first recorded live poker tournament score came in October 2012. While he only had five in-the-money finishes between 2012 and March 2019, Wilklow began frequenting more tournaments from 2019 onward. In December 2019, Wilklow helped himself to his first five-figure prize, collecting $14,068 for a fourth-place finish in a $600 buy-in WSOP Circuit event in Cherokee.
That remained his largest live cash until June 2022, when he finished second in a $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em event at the Wynn Las Vegas for $47,802. Wilklow almost beat that prize with a €38,320 ($41,867) haul, his reward for finishing fourth in a €5,000 High Roller at the 2024 Irish Open in Dublin.
Wilklow was one of 19,654 entrants in the $1,000 Mystery Millions event at the start of the 2025 WSOP. After three days of poker, Wilklow emerged victoriously, winning his first WSOP bracelet and a career-best $1 million top prize.
