Preston Dean is an American recreational poker player and Roto-Rooter franchise owner from Minot, North Dakota, who first made headlines in 2014 by winning the North Dakota State Championship for $50,000.
Dean plays regularly on the Roughrider Poker Tour, where he has collected nine trophies since 2020. In 2026, he reclaimed his status as his state’s biggest tournament winner, topping a 1,655-entry field at the $250 RPT Casino State Championship to earn $49,300 and a WSOP Main Event package.
