888poker LIVE is online poker site 888poker’s live poker tournament series, which take place around the world. The 888poker LIVE events tend to be at the more affordable end of the buy-in scale, with the majority of the tournaments, especially in recent times, considered low or mid-stakes.

What is 888poker LIVE?

The tour launched in 2015 and saw almost 20 stops during the inaugural season. More than two dozen stops featured in 2016, another 20 in 2017, and 16 during 2018.

888LIVE began to be more selective from 2019 onwards, with 2019 featuring nine stops, and only four in 2020, a year impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour resumed in 2021 with a trio of stops, with 2022 seeing 888poker LIVE run seven blockbuster events, the same number as in 2023.

In 2024, 888poker launched the UK Poker League (UKPL). These mini festivals take place at Grosvenor Casinos, with each location featuring the same schedule. Each includes a £560 buy-in Main Event carrying a £100,000 guarantee on its prize pool. The UKPL may still be in its infancy, but it has proven extremely popular.

The tour posted some impressive numbers throughout 2025, a trend that is widely expected to continue into 2026. The 888poker LIVE 2026 schedule can be seen in the table below:

888poker LIVE 2025 Results

888poker ambassador IIan Simpson walked away with the first 888poker LIVE title of 2025, triumphing in Madrid for a €62,000 score. Simpson would later take down the £560 UKPL Newcastle Main Event in his home city for another £34,800. Gang Wang won the largest single prize of the 2025 tour, taking home £86,600 for his victory in the 888poker LIVE London Main Event.

888poker LIVE 2024 Results

Similar to how Ian Simpson won a UKPL in his home city, Michael Kane did the same thing at UKPL Edinburgh, turning £560 into £25,208. The largest event of the year was the £888 buy-in 888poker LIVE Coventry Main Event. It drew in 812 entrants, saw a £617,120 prize pool, and a £125,000 top prize for eventual champion Chris Da-Silva.

888poker LIVE 2023 Results

Seven events took place in 2023, each awarding their champion between €30,000 and £120,000. Spain's Adrian Garcia Marin kicked the 2023 888poker LIVE tour off in style, outlasting 513 opponents in Madrid to win €92,000.

Yiannis Liperis claimed the largest prize of 2023, a cool £120,000, which was his reward for coming out on top in the £888 888poker LIVE London Main Event.

888poker LIVE 2022 Results

The 2022 tour got off to a bumper start with a huge turnout in London. A total of 642 players bought in for £888, creating a £513,600 prize pool. Bhavin Khatri was the last man standing. His reward? £126,340.

This year also saw Joe Hindry and Jack Hardcastle claim 888poker LIVE titles. Hindry won the £444 888poker LIVE Coventry Main Event for £60,000, while Hardcastle was crowned the £2,000 888poker LIVE London High Roller Festival champion, a finish good for £57,098.

888poker LIVE 2021 Results

In 2021, only three stops were on the 888poker LIVE tour as the world began returning to normal after the global COVID-19 pandemic. Keith Hoang, the £444 888poker LIVE London champion, won £70,000 for his efforts, the largest payout in 2021.

As of January 14, 2026, Ian Simpson is the biggest winner on the 888poker LIVE tour, courtesy of amassing $288,822 in winnings. German legend Ole Schemion ($265,574), Gary Miller ($244,336), Bhavin Khatri ($195,682), and Luigi Andrea Shehadeh ($195,295) round out the top five.

The Five Players With the Most 888 LIVE Cashes

As of January 14, 2026, Matthew Davenport has the most in-the-money finishes on the 888poker LIVE tour with 30. Ian Simpson and Callum Gordon are tied on 25 cashes each, with Calogero Morreale (24) and Robert Douras (23) also being regulars to the cashier's desk.
