Day 2 Started

Fletcher Leads Final Day of Opening Event at 888Poker London Live

After three Day 1 flights, Arron Fletcher remains the leader after his Day 1a stack of 535,000 kept him ahead of all challengers across the Day 1 fun and 700 entries.

With £138,600 now in the prize pool, play begins at 1pm local time here in Stratford at Aspers Casino. With 40 minute levels throughout, we'll play to a winner.

Although Fletcher leads they way, he'll have some serious competition for the title. Irish Open winner James Mitchell has 512,000 and will be tough to stop, while Graham Hawkes has 515,000 and every chance. Big name pros such as Charles Chattha (180,500) and Steve Watts (255,000) wait in the chasing pack, looking to strike whenever they have the chance.

Here are all the chip counts as we head back to action:

Blank at the Double

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Ronnie Blank raised to 16,000 from early position and called the shoved over the top from late position, turning over {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}, which was well ahead of his rival's {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. Blank was all-in for roughly 45,000 chips.

The board of {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{J-Hearts} saw Blank double up to around 90,000

Wool Up and Down as Yang Bluffs "Like a Boss"

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Yimin Yang and Andy Wool are sat right next to each ther, with the former enjoying position on his rival. Yang, who began the day on 109,000, raised on a board of {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} after Wool bet 7,200. Yang made it 16,500 and when Wool folded, Yang revealed his hand - {2-Spades}{3-Hearts}.

"Three-high like a boss!" cheered Yang.

"You want to go to war, that's fine by me." said Wool, who was all-in in the next hand.

Gholamreza Mozaffari-Torshizi moved all-in for just 45,000 with {7-Spades}{4-Spades} in late position and Wool shoved for a lot more in the small blind with {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} . The board of {3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} saw Wool eliminate Mozaffari-Torshizi and leap back up to 240,000.

"It's been a rollercoaster so far." said Wool.

Harb Traps Kamara

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Michael Harb opened to 11,000 pre-flop from middle position and was called by Kam Kamara in the cut-off. The flop of {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} saw Harb check, and Kamara shoved all-in. Harb snap-called, and cards were on their backs.

Michael Harb: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Kam Kamara: {J-Spades}{J-Hearts}

Bad news for Kamara, and there was no miracle for him as the turn {6-Hearts} and river {5-Hearts} ended his hopes of making the money. Just twenty players need to bust before the bubble bursts.

Nimako Calling for Cards

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Stephen Nimako moved all-in over the top of Paul Muehlthaler's opening bet of 14,000 to get his micro-stack of 32,000 into the middle. It was folded round to Muehlthaler, who called off the spare and way was ahead.

Paul Muehlthaler: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Stephen Nimako: {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Nimako was on his feet before the dealer fanned the flop, but the board played out {2-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Nimako sat back down, with Paul Muehlthaler still shaking his head.
