Kyte Takes Out Two
Jon Kyte is well-known in Norway and now throughout Europe as a tough action player. He wasted no time getting involved in a hand we already reported earlier and just a few minutes ago, he took out two players in one hand during the first blind level.
The action began with a short-stacked Luca Marchetti getting it all-in for 300 from under the gun. Kyte called from one seat over before Daniel Martin Cabrera to Kyte's left, three-bet to 1,000.
Kyte called and the flop came . Kyte led out for 2,000 before Cabrera raised to 7,000. Kyte three-bet all-in covering the around 15,000 Marchetti had behind and his opponent snap called.
Kyte:
Cabrera:
Marchetti: .
When the cards were turned over, Kyte looked shocked and said, "Jacks, really?"
Kyte's top pair wasn't going to help but he still had a flush draw. The on the turn completed that draw and he scooped up a big pot after the completed the board on the river.
Kyte then shook Cabrera's hand and the two exchanged pleasantries before Cabrera and Marchetti left the table.
