Dumas Doubles Up

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

In what appeared to be a three-bet pot, the big blind bet 6,500 on a {j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop, and Jeff Dumas called from the button.

The big blind continued for 5,600 on the {6-Spades} turn, and Dumas went all in for his remaining 19,500. The big blind made the call, having Dumas covered.

Jeff Dumas: {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Big Blind: {q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Dumas' flopped straight had his opponent drawing dead, but the river {a-Spades} improved Dumas holdings to a broadway straight for good measure, and sent the double up his way.
