Massive Hand into the Break

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

A massive hand has just played that went deep into the break. It started with Iori Yogo opening to 20,000 from under the gun. Dale Marsland three bet to 53,000 from the small blind and Yogo called.

Flop: {10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Marsland led for 57,000 here and Yogo raised it up to 150,000. Back on Marsland and he made it 280,000. Yogo decided to call and an {8-Spades} hit the turn. This time both players checked, just as they did on the {q-Diamonds} river. At showdown, Marsland turned over {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}, with the pair of queens enough to scoop up the pot and see Marsland sit as one of the chip leaders.

Colin's Way

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Dale Marsland was in the cutoff when he opened it up to 20,000. David Evans, from the button, made the call and so too did Colin Wilford from the big blind.

On the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, Wilford and Marsland checked, while Evans bet 25,000. Wilford called and Marsland got out of the way as a {q-Spades} hit the turn. Wilford and Evans both checked the turn and the {k-Hearts} river, then both turned their hands over.

Wilford: {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Evans: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Wilford had the trip kings and enough to scoop in the pot!

Wilford Hurting, Yogo Back Up

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Folded to Iori Yogo in the small blind, he raised it up to 30,000. Colin Wilford was in the big blind and made it 85,000 to go. Back on Yogo and he moved all in for 470,000. Wilford decided to make the call and with that, the two players turned their hands over.

Yogo was in good shape with his {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}, while Wilford wasn't looking good with {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. The news got even better for Yogo as a {k-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{3-Clubs} board gaver him the good and enough to double up. Wilford is now the short stack.

Colin Wilford Eliminated in 6th Place ($23,000)

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Six is now one. The latest elimination began with Dejan Divkovic opening to 20,000 from under the gun. Colin Wilford called from the small blind and so too did Philip Gidley-King from the big blind.

The {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{k-Diamonds} flop would see Wilford check and Gidley-King bet 20,000. Both Divkovic and Wilford called and a {6-Clubs} hit the turn. This time the action was checked to Divkovic, who bet 65,000. Wilford moved all in for 155,000 and Gidley-King folded. Back on Divkovic and after some thought, he made the call.

Wilford: {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Divkovic: {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}

Wilford was well behind Divkovic's two-pair and the {4-Spades} on the river changed nothing and with that Wilford was sent home in 6th place with $23,000 for his time.

Marsland Flops the World, Apocalypse Hits Turn and River

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Dale Marsland was in the cut-off season when he opened it up with a raise. Philip Gidley-King was in the big blind and moved all in for an extra 169,000. Marsland thought long and hard, before making the call.

Gidley-King tabled his {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and was looking very good to double up against Marsland's {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}. However, a devastating (for Gidley-King, great for Marsland) {2-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop meant that Marsland had flopped a flush and it was looking like Gidley-King was going home.

The {q-Spades} turn gave Gidley-King some hope and that hope turned to celebration when a {q-Diamonds} river completed the board to give Gidley-King the full house and enough to double up.

David Evans Eliminated in 5th Place ($27,300)

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Dejan Divkovic opened up the play with a raise to 20,000 and Dale Marsland promptly three-bet to 52,000. Onto David Evans on Marsland's direct left and he would move all in for 138,000. Divkovic got out of the way and Marsland made the call.

Marsland: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Evans: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

It was a race preflop, but it was annihilation for Marlsand when a {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop hit the felt. Evans needed to catch some cards, but with a {5-Diamonds} on the turn and the {7-Diamonds} on the river changing nothing, Evans had been sent home in 5th place to collect $27,300.

Yogo Takes Some off Dale

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Dale Marsland was in the small blind when he opened it up to 27,000. Iori Yogo called out of the big blind and the dealer flipped over a {4-Hearts}{2-Spades}{q-Hearts} flop.

Marsland led for 29,000 here and Yogo called. The dealer then turned over a {9-Clubs} on the turn and Marsland again led, this time for 57,000. Yogo decided now was the time to raise it up to 150,000 and Marsland instantly folded.
